Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or book a discovery call, consultation or program with Nourish by Shruti. By booking, you agree to them. Please also read the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Medical Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. The Services
Nourish by Shruti offers nutrition counselling and personalised meal plans, in person at the clinic in Pune and online. Current options are a free discovery call, a 1-Time Consultation, a 4-Week Program and a 12-Week Program, as described on the home page. Nutrition counselling is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. Who Can Book
You need to be 18 or older to book for yourself. Anyone under 18 must be booked, and accompanied, by a parent or guardian.
3. Your Information
Your plan is only as good as the information it's based on. Please give accurate and complete details about your health, medication, allergies, pregnancy and lab results, and tell me promptly when anything changes.
4. Booking
The discovery call is booked through Calendly. It's a free, short audio call to see how I can help; it isn't a consultation and doesn't include a plan. Paid plans are booked over WhatsApp: when you choose a plan and click 'Checkout on WhatsApp', you'll be sent a Google Form and payment details, and once those are done we'll fix your 45-minute consultation for a mutually agreed time. Your meal plan is sent within 2–3 days after the consultation.
5. Fees and Payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the home page and may change from time to time; the price you're quoted when you book is the one that applies. Fees are payable in full before your consultation, using the payment details shared with you on WhatsApp. Any applicable taxes are included in or added to the price as shown on your invoice.
6. Programs and Follow-Ups
- Every plan includes a meal plan and workout and supplement guidance. The 4-Week and 12-Week Programs also include daily check-ins and WhatsApp support, weekly follow-up calls, progress tracking (including body-fat percentage) and meal plan changes based on your progress.
- The 4 or 12 weeks run back to back, starting the day after your meal plan is sent. Follow-up calls should be used within that period; unused calls don't carry over or convert to cash.
- WhatsApp support is answered during reasonable working hours, not instantly, and is not for emergencies.
7. Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds
These are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Results
Everyone's body, health and circumstances are different, and results depend on many things outside my control, including how closely a plan is followed. I'll always give you my best, evidence-based advice, but I can't promise a specific outcome, such as a set amount of weight loss or a change in lab values.
9. Your Plan Is for You
Meal plans, guides and other material I give you are prepared for you personally. You're welcome to use them for yourself, but please don't share, sell or publish them. All content on this website, including text, logo and design, belongs to Nourish by Shruti or its licensors.
10. Respectful Conduct
I may end a program if communication becomes abusive or harassing.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nourish by Shruti isn't liable for any loss arising from information on this website, from following advice without telling me about relevant health conditions, or from services provided by third parties such as Calendly or WhatsApp. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
13. Changes and Contact
I may update these terms; the version on this page on the date you book is the one that applies to that booking. Questions are always welcome:
