Refund & Cancellation Policy

Here's how payments, rescheduling and refunds work, so there are no surprises.

1. Free Discovery Call

You can cancel or reschedule your discovery call at any time using the link in your Calendly confirmation email. If you can't make it, I'd appreciate you freeing the slot for someone else.

2. Rescheduling Your Consultation

Your consultation is set for a mutually agreed time over WhatsApp. If you need to move it, message me as early as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before, and we'll find another slot.

3. Refunds

• I have a strict no-refund policy once the services have been provided.
• The 4-Week and 12-Week Programs run back to back, starting the day after your meal plan is sent.

4. If I Have to Cancel

If I ever need to cancel or move your consultation, I'll tell you as early as possible and offer a new slot. If none of the new times work for you, you'll get a full refund, paid back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
